Welcome to North Shore Holiday Centre - Camping Pods Conditions

 

 

We only accept family bookings, and no single sex groups of more than two people

Refunds are not given for reasons of bad weather conditions, which are beyond our control.

A non-refundable booking deposit of £25 is required for reserving any pod for any customer.

During BANK HOLIDAY WEEKENDS there is a 3-night minimum charge.

Arrivals after 5pm must be pre-arranged, as access to site is restricted.

A £25 cash deposit must be left at reception for barrier access and pod key during your stay.

Checkout time is 10am. A member of staff will come over at 10am on your departure day to check all is left clean and tidy. If any unusual cleaning/repairs are required after your stay, then at least £20 of the deposit will be retained to cover this. If your barrier card is not returned, then £5 will be retained to cover replacing it.

If you depart before reception is open, the card must be put through our letterbox as you go, and the deposit will then be posted to you. No card back on departure no refund.

NO SMOKING, NO COOKING, NO NAKED FLAMES OR OPEN FIRES ARE PERMITTED INSIDE THE PODS OR ON DECK AREAS. There is a designated cooking area outside.

Dogs must be kept on a lead around the grounds and all dog waste must be collected & disposed of by owners in the appropriate bins. People allowing their dog to foul the park without clearing it up will be fined £10 or asked to leave the site.

A speed limit of 10mph is in force all around North Shore. Do not use your car on site under the influence of alcohol.

Pods must be vacated by 10am on your departure day (see details above).
